The home is perfect for the family. The lounge room opens onto the front patio with a BBQ and a large table for summer entertaining. There is a level private fully enclosed back yard. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a quiet getaway even 2 hammocks.
The house is also a short drive to the Tallwood Avenue shops with a supermarket, delicatessen, bakery, and bottle shop as well as the Gwylo Restaurant, Bannisters Pavillion Restaurant, and the famous Rick Stein at Bannnisters Restaurant and pool bar.
Cafes, shops, parks, golf clubs & restaurants are all a short drive away, as well as the beautiful historic township of Milton & the shopping and Harbour of Ulladulla.
