Striking modern Australian coastal design, the home was completed in late-2021, with clean lines and an abundance of northern light spilling into the house - creating dancing shadows from the tress and plants throughout the day.
Internally, the space feels expansive and soothing with an elegant simplicity, so guests can just check in, unwind and relax, surrounded by designer furnishings, art and artefacts created and collected on global adventures.
The spacious bedrooms feel welcoming, warm and stylish, offering really comfortable Queen beds with ample wardrobe space, high ceilings, heaters, fans and ceiling fan (in the living space and main bedroom).
The kitchen is well equipped for the cooks and bakers among you with blender, food processor, mixer, espresso maker and stove top coffee pots, induction stovetop, oven, French door fridge/freezer.
There is a separate laundry with front loader washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a large clothes line in front of the vegetable garden. Go down the balcony steps and take the path directly to the left.
Stay in and chill out (with board games or SMART TV), or go into town to explore Kiama’s cafes, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping and its weekly organic market (Wednesdays 2-6pm), local fish market (closed Tuesdays) and festivals.
There's also the spectacular 22km Kiama Coast Walk, which you can start less than 10 minutes walk form the house or enjoy one of the many nature-based activities the area has to offer.
Your holiday enjoyment extends well beyond this hidden gem. Kiama Heights, known for its breathtaking panoramic views, is minutes to the famous Kiama coastal walk to Gerringong. There are 3 ocean pools and 4 beaches with 3-5 minutes drive to Kiama alone and 5-8 minutes to Werri Beach, Gerringong and Gerroa. Bundanoon is 45 minutes for some lunch and art. The property lies within proximity to popular tourist attractions and adventure-packed activities.
