The large master bedroom and ensuite is located on the upper level. Downstairs you'll find another two bedrooms, bathroom, and a second lounge/TV area which opens to a fully fenced grassy yard.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
For your added comfort, there are reverse cycle units upstairs and downstairs.
Kiama has no shortage of scenic coastal vantage points, including the mesmerising Minnamurra Lookout. A short drive away is picturesque Gerringong and Berry where you can spend the day wining, dining or shopping.
