South Coast Holidays was built around a simple idea: the best South Coast experiences come from people who genuinely know the South Coast. Founded in 2020, we have grown from managing a small collection of local holiday homes into a premier holiday rental specialist managing 100+ properties across some of the NSW South Coast’s most popular coastal communities.
From Kiama and Gerringong to Sussex Inlet, Manyana, Bendalong and beyond, our purpose remains the same: to create memorable South Coast stays while helping holiday property owners manage, protect and grow their properties with confidence.

For Our Guests
We help guests enjoy their South Coast stay with clear booking conditions, practical arrival information and a local point of contact if something goes wrong. Our approach is built around considerate stays and straightforward communication.
For Property Owners
Our role is to manage guest stays with clear rules that help protect each holiday property and its neighbours. From security bonds to property-care expectations and maintenance follow-up, we put practical safeguards around every booking.

Paul founded South Coast Holidays and directs the business, overseeing its overall operations.

Senior Property Manager
Jordan manages guest and property owner communications for the Bendalong and Manyana branch and coordinates housekeeping.

Operations Assistant
David handles guest and property owner communications for the Kiama branch and coordinates housekeeping.

Administration
Lyndel supports the business behind the scenes, handling financial administration and housekeeping-related administrative work.
