Description
Step into this stunning five-bedroom home (including separate guesthouse) and be mesmerised by the crystal-clear water views. It doesn't get more waterfront than this. Meander down the private steps from the deck into the transparent tidal waters and see nature at its finest.
But please - on an important note - you must know that Minnamurra is tranquil village. You will enjoy unwinding - and you will delight in the silence across the water in the evening and morning. Almost all houses are occupied by permanent residents. This is inherent in the beauty of the spot. But it also means that this is NOT a party house. We need our guests to be quiet and respectful of the neighbours who've been here for decades
So - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THIS HOUSE BE USED TO HOST PARTIES (OR ANY FORM OF GATHERINGS OVER 10 PEOPLE). And no hen or stag groups - sorry. You must know that if you party at this house unfortunately the party will be shut down. Also note the max guest is 10 unless you specifically discuss with us. We will not tolerate any unplanned additions to 10. Now back to the beauty of the property and the location...
Relax, unwind and let your stresses melt away. Allow your day to follow the rhythm of the tides. Take a walk on the sand, swim across to the ocean, or make use of the owners kayak. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod, SUP and surfboard!

There is also a dining table that seats 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There are lounge chairs on the upper deck and a BBQ with dining setting on the lower deck. With super fast WiFi and 3 dedicated work desks, you can bring the office away with you.
