You'll be mesmerised from the moment you arrive at Surf Haven where you'll be met with stunning natural light flooding the living room and the unmissable views of Bombo Beach which can be enjoyed from the living area and also the master bedroom.
Surf Haven boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, with the other two being located downstairs. Surf Haven has beautiful open plan living and dining rooms with a stunning modern kitchen. Step out from the dining room into the outdoor entertaining area where you can enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends or retreat to the games room where you can enjoy a game of pool.
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage.
Set in an unbeatable location just 5 minutes north of Kiama. Enjoy Bombo Beach or Kiamas beaches, farmers markets, parks, and coastal trails all close by. There are no shortage of scenic coastal vantage points, including the mesmerising Minnamurra Lookout. Visit Kiama Blowhole, Cathedral Rocks, Minnamurra Rainforest Walk, Jamberoo Action Park, take in a long lunch at one of the local wineries or breweries or visit the buzzing weekly Farmers Markets. Bombo is only a short 90-minute drive south of Sydney and you'll be amazed at this unmissable slice of paradise.
Being so close to Bombo beach, Surf Haven gets an amazing sea breeze if you open some windows. For your year-round comfort, the property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and a ceiling fan in the living room. Downstairs, one bedroom has an oil heater and the other a convection heater.

If you encounter any issue, before, during or after your stay please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to correct the issue promptly.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am Mon to Fri & 11pm to 9am Sat & Sunday.

If a tradesperson needs to attend the property to fix an issue caused by a guest, the following charges are applied:

– Charging $300 per offence should there be a credible noise complaint by the neighbours and/or the police/security are called to the property

– Charging $1000 per offence if there is evidence of a party or function at the property

– Charging the cost to repair or replace any malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property

We only charge the guests card in accordance with our terms and conditions and any applicable Australian Laws.

Extra Fees

Attending the property due to an issue caused by the guest ($50ph)
Noise complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or barking dogs ($300 per incident)
Evidence of party, non-disclosed function ($1,000 per day)

Rubbish
Please take any excess rubbish with you that doesn’t fit into the bins and dispose of it responsibly.

If it is bin night during your stay, please put the bins out on the kerb.

Cancellation Policy

All of our properties are covered by our standard cancellation policy:

Refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days.
